I wish to thank you both for the tremendous work you both did and charging nothing for your time to find, obtain and have fitted a compatible clutch for the R33 GTS25T Skyline and also in spending hours tracking down an intermittent fault in the drivers pod.

It was unfortunate for all concerned that the J Sped triple racing clutch should have to endure a seized release bearing through its cover only a couple of weeks after purchasing the car from you. And as this was the first car you have ever sold to come back with a major problem, it proved to be a useful exercise for you on how to deal with complicated repair issues in all areas and customer communications (especially when the customer is stuck with a small box on wheels powered by a half fed hamster in a wheel called a hire car for a few infuriating weeks).

At the end of this enduring exercise I would like to say what an excellent pair of guys you are to always keep the customer in the loop as to options and costing.

A mark of quality for a company is not how well they perform when everything is going right, but their overall performance in handling all avenues when everything goes wrong.

I bought the silver Toyota MRS in May and decided not to extend the warranty beyond the usual 3 months.

The car recently developed a little problem with the handbrake and I took her to the garage you recommended. The problem was fixed by the garage and upon collecting the car, to my amazement and delight, I was informed that Magnum Motors had agreed to cover the cost of the work, even though the warrant had expired.

Customer Service like this is very rare, I am impressed.

As a member of the MR2 Roadster Owners Club, I already sing your praises, and will continue to do so in the future.

I was very impressed with your operation, and I think I have the best Prelude in the country as a result of your efforts.

Guys, I just want to say a big thank you for supplying me one top motor. I may have had it a short while, but it is absolutely brilliant. First time I have ever driven a car with such a huge grin on my face. Also, the service you guys give is second to none. Its great finding a place like Magnum where you take a real interest in the cars you are selling. Certainly makes a change from the norm!

We have felt compelled to write to you with an owner's opinion in regard to the Subaru Impreza WRX featured in the February issue relating to the "Worlds Best Getaway Cars". We saw this car before Christmas in Magnum Motors and instinctively wanted to buy it. However we held back because it was being sold by a garage. We have systematically been shafted by many a garage over the years having spent to us what is a lot of hard-earned money. Because of this we shopped around to see if we could buy a similar spec car privately to avoid the usual garage mark up/problems incurred. We couldn't!!! So we talked ourselves into going into the lions den and buying this car.


The moral of this story-simple-If anyone is looking for a used high performance/ import vehicle and would like to purchase from a garage to trust implicitly, with warranty cover, etc who is happy to take on board all the paperwork for import etc- look no further call Magnum Motors on 01252 545941.

They have what we can only describe as a unique customer services department who has done everything possible to ensure that we enjoy this car. They have gone out of their way to call us with regard to additional parts we have wanted added with the best/cheapest place to go and to keep us updated with regards to the unleaded fuel situation, with info on private number plates etc. Nothing has been too much trouble for them.

We cannot recommend this garage enough to anyone. If we ever decide to upgrade this fabulous car we will be going straight back to Magnum and will be using them for a long time to come.

I would be grateful if this letter could be printed to give other potential car owners a chance to buy an excellent car at an excellent price with peace of mind that they will be well looked after and not forgotten the minute they have collected their new car.
